If you are having trouble setting your Whistler product up, find damage upon receipt or would like to know any technical information, please contact your retailer in the first instance. As a mandatory process your retailer will complete the technical support form below providing Whistler with photographic or video evidence where possible. We are only able to address completed technical support forms. It is very important that any issues or damages are reported to your retailer as close to delivery as possible.
Whistler Grills have engineers covering the whole of Mainland UK. These engineers can carry out services or repair/replace damaged products/parts that are covered by warranty.
